Erin Soto is an advanced cancer survivor, writer, speaker, and advocate. She was diagnosed with Stage 3 colorectal cancer in November 2019 at the age of 37.

After a year of traditional and integrative treatment Erin went into remission and immediately got to work to bring purpose to her pain, using her experience to help others and speaking openly about the challenges facing young adults with cancer.  Erin has been dedicated to living her life as fully as possible, going on adventures and spending quality time with her family.

In the short months following remission, Erin hosted a virtual run to march for colon cancer awareness;  established her own cancer awareness apparel line, Mother Fighter Street Style; and created an online fan base by crafting raw and honest accounts of her journey on her blog, No Regrets.  She has written a book to share her story, intent on launching it to coincide with the two year anniversary of her cancer diagnosis.

In her professional life, Erin works in social media and digital marketing. Her early career began at The Walt Disney Company where she collaborated on developing creative content with some of the most talented minds in the industry.  She has contributed to marketing campaigns with other Disney lines of business from Marvel, Lucasfilm, Pixar, ABC, ESPN and Disney.

Erin lives in Rancho Mission Viejo, California with her husband, four children, dog, cat, bearded dragon, and leopard gecko.  She is an avid runner and loves to travel.

Passionate about her long-term dream of sharing the pura vida life, she hopes to some day own a second home in Costa Rica that her family can continue to enjoy for generations to come while also sharing it with others as a vacation rental property or for sponsored trips for cancer patients and hosting cancer wellness retreats.

Her greatest joy in life comes from being with her family.  When all six of of them are together, things may be happy, loud and/or a bit wild. They are often fondly referred to as the "Sotos Locos!”
